INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE PROCEEDINGSThe proceedings of the 12th Romanian-Finnish Seminar, International Conference on Complex Analysis and Related Topics, August 17-21 2009, Turku (Finland), will be published as a special issue of the journal Complex Analysis and Operator Theory (CAOT), Birkhauser Verlag / Springer-Verlag, which is indexed in the ISI Science Citation Expanded. The manuscripts submitted for publication should present original research which is not published, accepted, or submitted elsewhere, and will be carefully peer-reviewed. A few invited survey articles on mainstream directions related to the conference topics will be considered as well.

The deadline for submitting a manuscript to the ROMFIN 2009 Proceedings is December 31st 2009. In case this deadline cannot be met but you are committed to submit an article, please inform us before the deadline.
