Registrations after May 2 May 6 are considered late. Registrations after May 30 are considered on-site registrations.
The regular and student registration fees include the scientific programme of the main conference and all satellite workshops and tutorials, the congress materials, lunches and coffee at the congress venue, city reception on Monday evening, and the conference dinner and trip on Wednesday.
The accompanying person fee includes the city reception on Monday evening, and the conference dinner and trip on Wednesday.
A small number of scholarships to student participants are available to cover the conference fee. Contact the organizers to apply.

Registration form
After you have filled the form below, click Next and a confirmation page of your registration will be shown to you. Depending on your payment method there could also be listed our bank transfer information, a link to credit card authorization form or information to be transferred to credit card payment site.
In case you choose to proceed with credit card payment, your registration payment will be received by the credit card payment service company Luottokunta in their secure system where you will need your card information (the name of registrant can be different from the name of the card owner). Your card details are not needed (and not to be filled) in our system (utu.fi-suffixed hosts).
If you encounter a problem using your card at the payment site, please check from your credit card company that your card is valid for this type of payment.
