Please remember to indicate all the events you will attend in
the scientific as well as the social programme. Note that registration
for the events will be confirmed upon payment on a "first come, first
served" basis.
All registrants will receive a confirmation letter from the Congress Office.

The ICALP congress fee includes the scientific programme,
congress material, lunches and coffee at the congress venue
as well as the City reception (July 12), excursion on Wednesday
(July 14) and the Joint conference dinner on Thursday (July 15).
The LICS congress fee includes the scientific programme, congress
material, lunches and coffee at the congress venue as well as the
get-together (July 13) and the
Joint conference dinner on Thursday (July 15).
The Workshop fees include
Workshop programme, workshop material
and lunches and coffees during the workshop.
For the student fee, a signed (e.g. by the head
of the department) confirmation of a student status is needed.

- Credit card payments with one of
the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and
Eurocard. All payments must be made in euros
(EUR). You can fill out and print the
authorisation form

For security reasons
we cannot accept credit card authorisation
through the internet.
Please make sure that your name and
word "ICALP&LICS" are clearly stated on all
payments.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation must be made in writing (letter,
fax or email) to the Congress Office before
June 7, 2004. No fees will be refunded after
this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be
deducted from all refunds.
Registration on-site
The Congress Office will be ready to assist
you at the congress site every morning
during the scientific programme. For on-site
payments cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard
are accepted.
Congress hotels
Accommodation has been reserved for the
congress participants and accompanying persons
in the congress hotels at congress prices. The
hotels are:
Sokos Hotel Hamburger Börs,
Hotel Ramada,
Hotel Centro,
Hotel Turun Karina
and also the
Guest House Domus (modest, no
breakfast). Prices are found in the
registration form, and the walking distances
from the hotels to conference site are approximately 1.8 km, 2.6 km, 1.8 km, 0.8 km and, 1.0 km
respectively. Please mark your hotel
reservation on the registration form. Your
reservation will be confirmed together with
your participation. The reservations will be
made on "first come, first served" - basis, so
please indicate your 1 st and 2 nd choice of
hotel. The hotel fees include breakfast,
service and VAT. Please inform the Congress
Office of any possible changes in your
accommodation.
