Social Events
A number of social events have been arranged for the conference, including:
- Welcome Snack and early registration: Monday 24th at 18:00-20:00, Publicum Building, within the Campus of the University of Turku. Location of the building can be found on the map.
- Excursion to the Turku Castle. Wednesday 26th. A guided tour of one hour will start at 10:00. After that, there will be one more hour to visit the castle.
- City Hall Reception. Wednesday 24th at 19:00.
- Social Dinner. Thursday 25th at 19:00, restaurant Hus Lindman (Piispankatu 15).

Conference Fee
The conference fee will be of 125 EUR. Students will have access to a special fee of 75 EUR. The conference fee (to be paid on site) will include:
- Lunches
- Coffee Breaks
- Conference Material
- Social Tour
A limited number of grants to partially cover conference expenses will be available. Priority will be given to students. To apply, submit your request to the address specified in the contacts section below.
Accommodation
RuFiDiM organizers have negotiated special prices for RuFiDiM participants in the following hotels and hostels:
- Single room 78 EUR/room/night
- Double room 91 EUR/room/night
Includes Breakfast, WLAN connection, and tax. The code for reservation with RuFiDiM prices is either the conference name RuFiDiM or number 49706.
- 1 person cabin 42 e/ day
- 2 person cabin 32 e/person /day
- 3 person cabin 28 e/person/day
- 4 person cabin 27 e/person/day
Prices include sheets, towels and breakfast. Please, mention that you are a RuFiDiM participant when making your reservation.
